VSK AJAX Bridge - release 1.0.1

A small patch that fixes an issue where the bridge would not work unless the developer defined the VUI_URL global variable themselves.

This has been fixed with patch 1.0.1 and the variable is now defined with the default value ''.

The new version of the ajax bridge can be downloaded over the new compiled download page that i added today!
